After 15 Years in Business, This Is the AI System I Built for Myself
As I come back to work at the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on what the last 12 months have actually proven, not in theory, but in practice.
After 15 years in business, having worked with thousands of founders and being one myself, I understand the real, day-to-day challenges most people don’t talk about. The decisions. The mental load. The sense that you’re carrying too much in your head.
Often, I don’t want another course.
I don’t want another expensive mentor or coach.
And I definitely don’t want a system that makes me dependent.
What I want is a trusted conversation, something that helps me think clearly and sort things out once and for all.
That’s exactly why I built the EmpowerAi™ ecosystem.
I designed it because too many systems in the market are overpriced, dependency-driven, or let’s be honest, badly built. They promise insight, speed, or scale, but don’t actually support how founders make decisions in real life.
Last Year Was Proof of Concept
For us, the past year was about testing what actually works.
Over the last 12 months:
- More than 30 founders went through the AI Vortex Accelerator
- 14 are now lifetime members, with clients consistently commenting on the depth and quality of the work
- We designed 11 strategic business partner agents, including:
- CEO agents
- Business coach agents
- Marketing manager and branding agents
Alongside these, we’ve built 50+ task-based agents covering areas like:
- Social media marketing
- Book writing
- Book marketing
- Content systems
These are not generic AI tools.
They are role-based agents, designed around the actual decisions founders need to make to get results.

What’s Missing in the AI Space
What I see missing in much of the AI world isn’t ambition.
It’s quality and ethics.
Especially:
- Emotional safety
- Clear boundaries
- Do-no-harm design
In other words:
- Quality of design
- Quality of boundaries
- Quality of methodology
These things matter. Especially when people are using AI to think, reflect, and make decisions that affect their lives and businesses.
A Final Note
I’ve deliberately not spent large sums learning from other AI coaches or experts.
That was intentional.
I wanted to build from my own methodology, values, and lived experience, without inheriting shortcuts or habits that don’t align with the kind of work I care about.
For me, this isn’t about hype, fear, or replacement.
It’s about thoughtful, human-led systems that help people work smarter, scale sustainably, and stay grounded in what actually matters.
That’s the work I’m returning to.
